Dawn Searles Notary was established in 2014.

I have worked and lived in and around Southampton since 1996. I provide the general services of a Notary Public and currently practise from Romsey and Southampton but can travel to your office premises in the locality.
  • Notarial Services are provided to both individuals and businesses.
  • Notaries are appointed and regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
  • I am a member of the Notaries Society.

What services does a Notary Public provide?

A Notary can authenticate or witness most documents. A Notary can also arrange Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (Apostille) and Embassy legalisation. The requirement for this will depend on the foreign country involved.

You will often require the services of a Notary Public when you have documents which need to be used abroad. The Notary's signature and seal will verify to the authorities in that country that any relevant checks have been carried out and that the document has been properly signed.
